I take the privacy of us as Ward 5 voters seriously. Therefore only data for those 18+ will be collected. When data is collected it will never be more than is already stored in the voter file (this includes your name, address, phone number, and political party designation), except that emails will also be stored. Data will be collected when it is submitted via any form on this website, or sent to us via email.

You can request us to delete any data or information we obtain about you by sending that request to info@jackforsomerville.com. We cannot delete data stored by the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s office such as your name, address, or political party designation. Our campaign never shares any personal information without your direct written consent, nor do we share information with any other party except when legally compelled to do so under Massachusetts General Law or by federal law.

Your data is collected for the purpose of conducting campaign activity and thereafter retained for the purpose of constituent outreach and casework. You can at any time request to be removed from any contact list by the above-listed method, or do have your data erased by our campaign.

If you were contacted by the campaign directly, or signed up to receive updates and no longer wish to receive them text or email STOP to stop receiving any further updates. For SMS opt-out you can also send UNSUBSCRIBE. For email opt-out, you can press “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email.
